Description

This research I am developing will be going over artificial intelligence, or AI for short, on how it is developed and trained, discussing the process lightly on how it is trained, and the discourse it has spawned over the methods used to do so, and the results and products it spawns. With a brief and small history of the subject of artificial intelligence and the topics, discussions, and worries over its existence, development, and how it might affect humanity and society as a whole, for better or for worse. Addressing and elaborating on how it is used in domestic, commercial, and even governmental settings, the repercussions it has on its usage and formation in said individual settings. With it finally addressing the matter of the subject as how most laws such as copyright infringement do not apply to AI for the matter that it is not a living entity, therefore it is unaffected by most pre-existing laws, resulting in the befuddlement of not just the masses, but also even lawmakers, governmental and business entity on what is allowed and how it can be combatted if at all, and with it advancing more and more with each passing day at an accelerated pace, it leads to greater pressures on individuals to ensure restrictions are in placed, and to protect their private information and intellectual works, for lawmakers to review and edit pre-existing laws and form new ones to address the new issue, for businesses to protect their pre-existing assets and future ones, as well as to cover bases so they cannot be liable for future impending lawsuits that may arrive as laws are placed in effect.
